From The South (Boston):
- Route 95 N from Boston area to NH border.
- Take Exit 2 (Route 101) just prior to main “Hampton” toll plaza.  Pay the $0.75 toll and take the 101-East ramp toward Hampton Beach.
- Follow signs for Route 1 South.
- Roughly 1/4 mile beyond ‘Seabrook-Hampton Falls’ sign make left immediately before large white building (sign ‘Leisure Time Warehouse’).  Brayton is the tan stucco building behind the furniture dealer.

From Manchester:
- Follow Route 101 East about 35 miles.
- Cross over Route 95 (don’t get on freeway).  Continue on 101 East toward Hampton Beach, follow Route 1 directions above.
