Brayton Wins Grant from the California Energy Commission for Environmentally Preferred Advanced Generation

The CEC announced that Brayton Energy will received the highly competitive PIER grant to design, fabricate, and test the Next Generation MicroTurbine. This engine was judged to be a solution for reducing the cost of today’s microturbines.
Additionally, Brayton’s NGMT was projected to achieve over 40% LHV-electric conversion efficiency and meet CARB-2010 emission standards.
